perfect locationgreat shower
the location was perfect. we were steps away from a tube station so we could travel all over the city easily. we were a 3 minute walk from westminster abbey and houses of parliament and big ben. the shower was AMAZING!!!
the mattress was soft and lumpy.

I found the location convenient. It was only a short walk to major attractions. the included breakfast had a great variety and the waitstaff were very friendly. i appreciated the attentive service from fabio at the front desk. He addressed all my needs. the atmosphere in the pub downstairs was also a highlight for my evening meal.
the small size of the nightstand was a minor inconvenience .

i noticed no room service information online or in the room this was a bit of a letdown both the double bed and sofa bed felt quite soft i felt some discomfort the brioche with blueberries looked delicious but there was a significant wait for the order

The hotel is in a great location for visiting Westminster.
The breakfast was acceptable, but cleanliness was not. The mugs smelled of dirty washing up liquid and dirty bodies. I asked for a clean one and received another equally smelly mug.

The location proved convenient. It provided easy access to various attractions. The tube station was a short walk. The room had good space. The breakfast was a good experience. There was a great choice for vegans, with many cooked options available. The room included multiple herbal teas and bottled water in the fridge.
The hotel gave only one small bottle of still water and one sparkling water. This water was only for the entire stay and not provided daily.
